Do you have a space needing the perfect size, but its not a standard size? What about your colors?
Are you trying to match a fabric or artwork? A custom rug from The Great Rug Company might be the right solution for you.

It’s easy to start the process. Measure your space, figure out the colors you are looking for,
then maybe pull an inspiration piece to show us (could be art, a pillow, etc). Then stop by the
stores or give us a call and we’ll put our ideas to work for you.

48-Hour No-Obligation Trial

At The Great Rug Company, one of the values of shopping in-store is that you can see that rug in-person
and picture it in your home. We take that philosophy a big step forward, allowing you to bring home a rug for
48-hours to experience it in its intended setting. If you don’t love it, just bring it back with no obligations. There are a
few details to this offer, but know this is the perfect way to pick the perfect rug for your space. We do not deliver rugs,
but can supply names of delivery services if needed.

In-store Approval Policy

All in-stock area rugs may be taken on 48-hour approval. Any rugs kept longer than the 48-hour approval
must have prior approval from management. If a rug is kept past 48-hour approval then sale becomes final with
no exchanges, refunds or credits available. All rugs are subject to inspection for damage and/or abuse. If any rug is
found to be damaged, abused or used in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
